The Informatica World 2025 cancellation policy will be as follows:
- Informatica reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time. Registrations cancelled by Informatica will be fully refunded.
- A $200 cancellation fee will be applied to all refund requests.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to the Informatica World team.
- Cancellation requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, April 8, 2025. Requests received by April 8, 2025, will receive a full refund less the $200 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received after April 8, 2025, regardless of when the event registration is received.
- Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
- If a hotel reservation is linked to the Conference registration, it will also be cancelled. Attendee is responsible for cancelling their own air or other associated travel costs.
- All requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a $200 processing fee.
